Day 1-2: Ushuaia and the Beagle Channel

  • Depart from Ushuaia, Argentina.

  • Begin sailing through the Beagle Channel and into the South Atlantic Ocean.

Day 3-4: Crossing the Drake Passage

  • Continue sailing through the Drake Passage.

  • Attend lectures at the Science Center about Antarctica’s history, science, and wildlife.

  • Relax in the spa, enjoy onboard dining, and socialize with fellow travelers.

Day 5-9: Antarctica

  • Spend five days exploring Antarctica.

  • Activities include hiking, kayaking, ice-cruising, and possibly camping on the ice.

  • Spot penguins, seals, and whales in their natural habitat.

Day 10-11: Crossing the Drake Passage (Return)

  • Begin the journey back north through the Drake Passage.
