Day 1: Arrive in Ushuaia

• Arrive in Ushuaia, Argentina, where you will be met by a representative of Aurora Expeditions and transferred to your pre-voyage hotel.

• Check-in is from 3.00 pm.

• Visit the Aurora Expeditions hospitality desk in the hotel lobby between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm to collect luggage tags and confirm embarkation details.

• The remainder of the day is at leisure, with all meals at your own expense.

Day 2: Embarkation

• Enjoy breakfast and check-out of the hotel.

• Ensure cabin luggage is tagged and left at the hotel reception for transfer to the ship.

• Spend the morning at leisure exploring Ushuaia.

• Optional: Join an afternoon catamaran cruise of the Beagle Channel.

• Alternatively, meet at the hotel lobby at 3.45 pm for transfer to the pier for embarkation.

• Once onboard, settle into your cabin before mandatory briefings.

• Depart from Ushuaia with a welcome dinner.

Day 3: At Sea

• Begin the journey across the South Atlantic Ocean towards the Falkland Islands.

• Enjoy onboard activities, lectures, and wildlife spotting.

Day 4: West Falklands (Malvinas)

• Explore the western islands of the Falklands, known for their wildlife and scenic beauty.

Day 5: Stanley, East Falkland (Malvinas)

• Visit Stanley, the capital of the Falkland Islands, with its rich history and culture.

Day 6-7: At Sea

• Continue sailing towards South Georgia, enjoying seabirds and onboard presentations.

Day 8-11: South Georgia

• Explore South Georgia's rugged coastline, glaciers, and wildlife, including king penguin colonies.

• Visit historical sites and enjoy the island's natural beauty.

Day 12-13: Scotia Sea

• Cross the Scotia Sea, a time for relaxation and more wildlife spotting.

Day 14-17: Antarctic Peninsula

• Experience the grandeur of Antarctica, with landings and wildlife encounters.

• Enjoy the serene landscapes and diverse wildlife of the peninsula.

Day 18-19: Drake Passage

• Begin the return journey across the Drake Passage.

• Reflect on the journey and enjoy final lectures and wildlife viewing.

Day 20: South Shetland Islands

• Make a final landing in the South Shetland Islands.

• Continue across the Drake Passage.

Day 21: Disembark in Ushuaia

• Arrive back in Ushuaia early in the morning.

• Disembark around 8.00 am.

• Transfers to Ushuaia Airport or post-voyage accommodations are arranged accordingly.
