  • The beat of Buenos Aires: Arrive in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Explore the city, visit attractions like Teatro Colón, Casa Rosada, and the National Museum of Fine Arts. Enjoy local cuisine and culture.

Day 2

  • Setting sail from Ushuaia: Fly to Ushuaia, the capital of Argentina’s Tierra del Fuego Province. Meet your hybrid-powered expedition ship and attend a briefing from the Expedition Team. Settle into your cabin and explore the ship's amenities.

Day 3-4

  • Get set for Antarctica: Cross the Drake Passage. Attend onboard lectures and visit the Science Center to learn about Antarctica’s history, science, and environmental issues. Participate in Citizen Science projects and relax onboard.

Day 5-13

  • Antarctica: another world: Spend nine days exploring Antarctica. Visit Marguerite Bay and surrounding islands. Engage in activities like ice-cruising, shore landings, kayaking, and hiking. Observe wildlife such as penguins, seals, whales, and seabirds.

Day 14-15

  • Back through Drake Passage: Begin the return journey to Ushuaia. Continue with onboard lectures and Citizen Science projects. Relax and reflect on your experiences.

Day 16

  • Ushuaia and Buenos Aires: Disembark in Ushuaia. Fly back to Buenos Aires. Optionally, join a Post-Program to visit Iguazu Falls or explore Buenos Aires before departing.
